I was on the executive level, the room are great except the pillow is too soft, almost sink to the bed. The door of the shower can't be close properly and the floor is wet after shower. Housekeeping did a great job to keep the room clean and tidy. Will go back again.

Hotel is next to Mid Valley shopping centre, good place for shopping
Booked on executive room, but failed to get executive privilege. Food was poor on executive floor lounge, staff attitude was relatively very poor. Internet access was a huge problem and takes more than 1 hrs to sort out, even though it is a basic password and user id mis-match issues! Receptionist was poor in attidtude and are not competence in their duties! Allocated a room which is not in the executive floor, which I make comment and only to be informed that all executive floor are smoking room and the next available non-smoking room is 12 floor below! unbelievable!
