Very reasonable for a family. For all the items missing in the kitchen, we were given these when we asked. Breakfast was a selection of cereal, hot food (different daily), toast, pastries & fruit. Staff were very friendly & helpful. shuttle bus was handy. Kids loved feeding the fish each morning, fish food RM1. Free wi-fi is actually found at a cafe at the back of the hotel (Ambassy), which also has great Roti & friendly service. Hotel pool was a hit, although limited seating. Great location, as walking distance to supermarket, just a short taxi or bus ride to KLCC & Ampang Park. We would stay there again.

Clean and comfortable- not far from KLCC and train station but if you're walking with a pram the footpath is uneven and stops in places, KL not really great for pedestrians. The 2 bedroom apartment actually had two bedrooms separate to the living areas - great for putting younger kids to bed earlier than mums and dads want to retire.
