We booked on line sight unseen. Reception staff were efficient and helpful: doing all they could to provide quality service. We booked in from Rome and arrived early - we were even offered a complementary breakfast. Given the trash we were offered on the 'plane this was a welcome gesture - even though we could make only limited use of it. The rooms are great;the meals are great and the location for a competent walker is fine. Will stay again for sure Terry O Sydney Au

This is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location across the road from the Pavillion shopping center. I have stayed her before on a stopover and that is why I bought my family back. The staff were lovely and the facilities good. It was great value for money. I am planning my next trip and ths time I will stay longer.
