Good location as it is located near to KLCC, easily accessible to shopping area. Staff are friendly. The only concern is poor sound proof, able to hear guesting walking along the corridor and opening of door.

Impiana KLCC is only 5 min walk from KLCC, a major shopping center in KL. 10 min away is Bukit Bintang, where Pavilion, Lot 10 and many other shopping centers are. Location is therefore rather convenient. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful, pointing out the various directions to our destinations and helping us with booking taxis, airport transfers etc. Swimming pool and gym are well equipped as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

I read some review of this hotel's staff being not nice, but I found almost all staff very pleasant with smile on their face all the time!!!! However the room is getting old, wooden floor is now cracking up and not cleaned very well (dirts show up on wooden floor very easily). And when I got into my room, i found that the shower head hose was broken off, dangling....I didn't bother to get them to fix it, I just used the bath. Overall, I am still satisfied.
