The upgraded room was comfortable and very roomy, and the hotel was close to Bukit Bintang
Good value for money with the added advantage of a small kitchenette and large sitting room and dining area. It was good for the business travel and would be equal good for a couple or small family

The Hotel was awesome.. The rooms were big and clean.. Very nice comfy bed and a kitchen to do all your cooking if you dont want to eat out. Close to top department stores and high end goods outlets.. Close to all top tourists spots.. The Malay tower is right across from the street!! I would and will stay here everytime im in KL!!!! The roof swimming pool is not to be missed!! Fantastic view of the city and nice cool swimming pool to enjoy with dj turning out good music.... A must for all types of travellers!!

Accessibility was great. Check-in was a breeze. Helpful staff. The Room was awesome - good decor / facilities / spacious. Bathroom was great too - clean / spacious. Bang opposite KL Tower -- spent the evening at the revolving restaurant & then the observation deck. Very relaxing evening at the pool side Bar - with the awesome sit-outs & view. An extremely enjoyable experience. Would strongly recommend for all.
