It's clean, convenient, comfortable. All the staff are civil and polite. The price is reasonable. The only thing I'm not satisfied is there is no any shops there and I need to go to everywhere by taking taxis. I hope you can provide shuttle bus to at least one shopping centre.

Privacy is good, very peaceful environment, just slightly off the main road. The hotel exterior is presentable and looks nice but the room is old. Though the walls are wall-papered its time the ceiling needs repaint because its off white with light brownish patches all over. The furnitures are very old and should be polished and lacquered. The worst of all is the room do not have electric kettle. Once the lift door opened and I saw the water dispenser near the lift I already knew the rooms do not have electric kettle and I'm very right. Otherwise this hotel will be well recommended to stay.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The last ime was in 2008. For this round, we stayed for an overall 8 nights with a break in between. Receptionists were polite and friendly. Confusion during check in as we were allocated one room instead of two but this was sorted out. Despite the high occupancy during our stay, the hotel was generally quiet.Rooms were basic but was cleaned everyday. There was plumbling problem in one of our rooms but it was soon sorted out. We will stay at this hotel again.
