This 7-hour journey on train, van and foot will first take you to the colourful Chow Kit market – KL’s largest ‘wet market’. After watching locals buying their daily sundry supplies, the journey continues to the famous Petronas Twin Towers; these towering structures are the tallest doppelganger buildings in the world and house a giant upscale shopping mall - KLCC. After a little retail therapy, you’ll take an LRT train to Jalan Masjid Jamek to explore the multihued Little India avenue, where you can purchase traditional Indian sarees. Lunch for the day is at a typical Indian restaurant for an authentic Indian meal; afterwards the tour proceeds towards Jalan Tun Perak to see the Jamek Mosque – the city’s oldest place of worship for Muslims since 1909.
