Badan Warisan Malaysia
The Heritage of Malaysia Trust or Badan Warisan Malaysia 'aims to promote the conservation and preservation of Malaysia's built heritage'. There are also ongoing exhibitions held at the Heritage centre worth going for especially if you're making your way to the karyaneka. It's a 2 minute walk from the craft centre - karyaneka. Entrance fee is free unless otherwise stated.
Opening Hours at the Heritage Centre, No 2 Jalan Stonor:
Office : Mondays to Saturdays 9 am to 6 pm
Exhibition Centre : Mondays to Saturdays 10am to 5.30 pm (as and when there are exhibitions)
Resource Centre : Tuesdays to Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm (please call to make an appointment)
Rumah Penghulu tours : Twice daily Mondays to Saturdays at 11 am & 3 pm (other times by prior appointment)
